Abstract Instructions
The deadline for submission of abstracts is
July 1, 2010. The online abstract submission form is now open. Abstracts must be submitted electronically.
ISDP Members can logon to their profile to submit an abstract at the members’ site using this link:
http://www.isdpcentraloffice.org/memberlogon.asp. If you do not remember your ID and password, please contact the Central Office by email (isdp@isdpcentraloffice.org) and they will send it to you.
Non-members can submit their abstract at the non-members’ site using this link:
http://www.isdpcentraloffice.org/ISDPnonmemabstract.asp
Detailed instructions for completing the abstract form are provided on the submission page, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

Abstracts must be no longer than
250 words

Abstracts must be in English
-
You can NOT cut and paste from
Word or WordPerfect when using special characters
-
Please follow instructions on the
form for special characters
-
You may submit more than one
abstract; however, you may be the first and presenting author on
only one submission
-
All research must abide by the
ISDP “Principles for Use of Animals in Research” or the
“Declaration of Helsinki on Human Subjects.”
-
You will need to pay an Abstract
fee of $50 per abstract which can be paid online at
http://www.isdpcentraloffice.org/ISDPpaymentpage.asp.
Payment is due upon submission.

If submitting for oral
presentation, please specify a preference for Mac or PC.
Abstracts will be assigned to either an oral presentation (10-minute talk, plus 5 minutes for questions) or a poster session. You can indicate your preference for a talk or poster on the abstract submission form. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.
The first author of the abstract must be the presenter. Students and non-members must have a sponsor. If you have any questions about abstract submission, please contact the Program Director, Rachel Barr (rachelfbarr@gmail.com).
